Company Policies and Procedures

Purchases:

Most products are in stock and will ship within 24 hours for Standard, Priority and Rush orders and 48 hours after receipt for Free Shipping orders. Should your product take longer than 7 business days to ship (for Standard Shipping selection), you will be notified and have the option to wait, substitute for another product, or cancel your order.
For fastest service, we recommend you order online.

Payment Methods/Ordering:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout (now Google Wallet). You may order online (recommended for fastest service) or call our toll free number (U.S. orders only at (800) 757-2550 x 1) or you may print the Order Form that follows and FAX. Should you wish to pay via Money Order, Cashier's Check or personal check, you may do so by printing the Order Form from FAX or Mail Orders and either mailing or faxing per the information on the form. Note for payments by personal check, allow 7-10 business days additional for the check to clear your bank..

Shipping Policies and Terms

Standard Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail for US and First Class Mail International for non US.

Time: Your product's arrival time after shipment is usually 5-8 business days for U.S. orders. International orders allow an additional 3-8 days. Order tracking applies only to U.S. Shipments.
Cost: If your order value is $60.00 U.S. or higher, shipping is Free. Otherwise shipping cost is $3.95 for U.S. or International orders.

Free Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail for US and First Class Mail International for non U.S.

Time: Your product's arrival time after shipment is usually 8-12 days for U.S. orders and 12-18 days for non U.S. orders

Priority Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for U.S. orders or Global Priority Mail for international orders

Time: Arrival time after shipment is usually 2-4 business days for U.S. orders. International and Canada orders allow an additional 4-8 days. Order tracking applies only to US Shipments.
Cost: $9.98 for U.S. orders, and $19.95 for all other international orders.

Rush Shipping is via FedEx for U.S. orders and Express Mail International or DHL Express for international orders (most countries)

U.S. Rush Shipping:

Time: Arrival time after shipment is usually the next business day. Orders received by 9:00AM Pacific Time U.S. will usually ship that day and arrive the next business day. Orders place Friday or Saturday arrive Monday or Tuesday.
Cost: $26.95 for U.S. orders, (not available for international orders - see below).

International Rush Shipping

Time: Arrival time after shipment in your country is normally 3-5 business days. Delivery to you will vary by your local Postal Service. Orders received by 9:00AM Pacific Time U.S. will usually ship that day via Express Mail International or DHL Express. Tracking is available on these shipments.
Cost: $47.95 for shipments to Australia, Asia (most countries), Canada, Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, New Zealand, Scandinavia, U.K., (others available - inquiry)

Customs and Duty:

If you are ordering from outside the U.S., your shipment may be subject to the duty and/or customs charges applicable in your country. Our products are shipped with a Customs Form PS 2976 attached showing the contents as "Swimsuit" with a minimal value of the product usually $1.00US per item. Should a duty or customs charge be incurred, it is the responsibility of you the receiver to make any such needed payment.

Exchanges/Refunds:

Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange for any reason, you may do so at shop-brigite.com/exchanges . You will need to supply your name, order number and specific request. You may exchange for a different size, different color, or you may change to another product. Product changes are subject to any difference in pricing. There is no charge for an initial exchange. Note that "Special Order" merchandise, which are those items made specifically for a customer will be subject to a 50% restocking fee whether exchanged or refunded.
Cost: There is no charge for the first exchange unless you are changing product styles where there is a difference in price.
Refunds: Our products are non refundable. Should you not wish an exchange, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit for a future purchase good for one year from date of original purchase, or alternately you may elect to receive a partial refund for your original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee* plus original shipping and handling, or if shipping and handling were Free, then an additional $5.95. *Note a 50% restocking fee will apply for "Special Order" items, made specifically for you whether exchanged or refunded.

Privacy Policy:

It is the position of Brigite.com that all information provided to Brigite.com, Brigitewear International, and any and all other affiliates of the aforementioned companies, by any of its or their customers, is privileged and strictly confidential and will in no way be shared with any third party. Brigitewear, may from time to time send you email notices on special sales or new products. Should you wish to not receive such notices, simply reply to the email with the subject "remove", and you will be promptly removed from our mail list. Brigitewear utilizes the secure encryption services of Verio Corp. to be assured of the total security of any private information transmitted over our shopping link service.
